Facing off against an in-form Dutch eight in the Final, the Aussies executed a perfect race, leading the whole way down the 2,116m course, squeezing and extending their lead at each marker, to cross the line a length ahead and in a race-record equalling time. For just the 3rd time in the event's history, ARC members were holding the Grand Challenge Cup aloft - for Hilly, it was his second time, having won this event back in 2018.

Mitch Reinhard & Oscar McGuinness put in a terrific campaign in the Men's Double Sculls, with a series of strong performances to reach the final, where they lined up against their trans-Tasman rivals from New Zealand. The Kiwi's proved their worth in the final, working their way to a length's advantage by the time the crews crossed the finish line. Too strong.

Ella Bramwell rounded out the ARC contingent as part of the Australian crew racing in the Remenham Challenge Cup for Women's Eights. Drawing a strong British crew on their home course for the semi-final, the home crew proved too good by 2/3s of a length.
