Service Description

Two on-water sessions per week - Sunday morning 9 to 11am (West Lakes) - Tuesday morning 5:30 to 7:30am (West Lakes) Optional strength & conditioning & ergo sessions - 4 to 5:30pm on Monday, Wednesday & Friday afternoons at the Torrens - coxswains are welcome to come along and get involved in these sessions Start Sunday 31st May End Sunday 23st August
