Service Description

Two on-water sessions per week - Sunday morning 9 to 11am (West Lakes) - Tuesday morning 5:30 to 7:30am (West Lakes) Optional strength & conditioning & ergo sessions - 4 to 5:30pm on Monday, Wednesday & Friday afternoons at the Torrens. These sessions are optional and flexible attendance to fit around other commitments. Start Sunday 31st May End Sunday 23st August PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT accepting Year 8/9 athletes into the Year 10/11 programme. Any ineligible registrations will be removed with a full refund issued.
