Service Description
Two on-water sessions per week
- Sunday morning 9 to 11am (West Lakes)
- Tuesday morning 5:30 to 7:30am (West Lakes)
Optional strength & conditioning & ergo sessions - 4 to 5:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday afternoons at the Torrens. These sessions are optional and flexible attendance to fit around other commitments.
